The Mid Devon Area

The Duchy town of Bradninch lies 8 miles north of Exeter and 2 miles south of Cullompton and is ideally suited to cover the catchment area from the historic city to the south into the Culm Valley and its many villages to the north.

The stunning scenery and mild climate are just two of the

reasons why so many people re-locate to Mid Devon.

The M5 motorway cutting through from north to south, the North Devon Link Road joining the M5 at junction 27 together with the main line railway stations of Tiverton Parkway and Exeter St David's, put this area in an enviable position for village, market town or city life.  For those choosing to re-locate, and there is plenty of space in Devon; currently estimated at 1.23 hectares per person.  The choice is, do you prefer:

Life in the Cathedral and University city of Exeter, which is also the business, legal, retail, tourist and commercial centre of the region. exeter
